We want your sneakers to fit impeccably. If the size isn't right, our exchange process is direct and simple.
7-Day Size Exchange
You may request an exchange for another size within 7 calendar days of receiving your parcel.
- Condition: Sneakers must be completely unworn, free from dirt or scuffs, and in their original packaging and shoe box.
- Shipping: For Kathmandu Valley orders, our courier will swap the pair at your doorstep for a minimal local exchange fee of Rs 100. For orders outside the valley, customer arranges return transit.
- If Wrong Item Sent: In the rare event of a dispatch error or factory defect, KICKS HOUSE covers 100% of return shipping costs.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- 1. Snap a Photo: Take a quick picture of the sneaker condition and the box label.

KH-20261027-XXXX) and your preferred replacement size to our dedicated support number. - 3. Dispatch of Replacement: We will verify stock and schedule the courier to collect and deliver your replacement.
