1. Orders & Pricing
All prices listed on KICKS HOUSE are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR, formatted as Rs X,XXX). Prices are final and inclusive of all applicable domestic taxes. We reserve the right to cancel any order if stock has unexpectedly depleted or if delivery cannot be safely completed to the specified destination.
2. Delivery Terms
Delivery timelines (1–2 days inside Kathmandu Valley, 2–4 days for major cities) are estimates provided in good faith by our logistics partners. Adverse weather conditions, strikes, or road closures may occasionally cause delays.
3. Exchanges & Inspection
Size exchanges are permitted within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Footwear that has been worn outdoors, damaged by neglect, or returned without its original packaging cannot be accepted for exchange.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
