When you place an order on KICKS HOUSE, we collect only the necessary details required to deliver your sneakers: your full name, 10-digit Nepal mobile number, delivery address, and landmark. We do not require you to create an account or store passwords.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your contact information is used exclusively to:

  • Verify your shoe size and delivery address via call or WhatsApp.
  • Hand over shipping details to our courier partner to execute delivery.
  • Send transactional updates regarding your order status.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal phone number or address to third-party marketing companies.

3. Payment Security

For prepaid orders via eSewa, Khalti, or FonePay, payments are executed securely through your respective banking or wallet application. KICKS HOUSE never asks for or stores your wallet PINs, bank passwords, or one-time OTPs.
